Abstract
This conceptual study explores the role of sustainability leadership in fostering resilience and long-term growth in organizations. The objectives are to examine how sustainable leadership principles—such as adaptable strategies, moral decision-making, and visionary thinking—enhance organizational performance and resilience, with particular attention to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and emerging economies. The methodology involves a review of recent literature and industry case studies to analyze key concepts, including green innovation, the circular economy, and sustainable business models. The findings reveal that organizations embracing sustainability leadership not only achieve growth but also bolster their ability to navigate social, economic, and environmental challenges. The study concludes that adaptive leadership and continuous innovation are essential for integrating sustainability into business strategies, thus improving organizational resilience. Recommendations include adopting a comprehensive framework for sustainable practices, enhancing leadership training to prioritize sustainability, and leveraging green innovation to drive resilience and competitive advantage.
